This means that you are responsible for making all payments due in connection with your Tour booking, notifying the Tour Operator or your travel agent if any changes or cancellations are required and keeping your party informed.
By booking on behalf of another person or persons, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide on behalf of another participant is complete and accurate and the Tour Operator will under no circumstances be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided to complete a booking.
Medical and General Health information
Travellers need to be in good physical shape in order to participate in most of our trips. If you read the itinerary carefully and assessed yourself with the help of Physical Rating Chart and think this trip is right for you, then you will enjoy this style of travel to the max.
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, which may impact your ability to travel, participate in a Tour or may adversely affect the experience of others on your Tour, you must inform Tour Operator.
Please note that if in the opinion of our group leader/tour guide any traveler is unable to complete the itinerary without putting themselves and/or the rest of the group under the risk, we reserve the right to exclude them from all or part of a trip without refund.
The Tour Operator reserves the right to request further information or professional medical opinions where necessary, as determined in its discretion, for your safety or the safe operation of a Tour.
Pregnancy is considered a medical condition and must be disclosed to the Tour Operator at the time of booking. The Tour Operator may refuse to carry pregnant women over 24 weeks. The Tour Operator may refuse to carry anyone with certain medical conditions if reasonable accommodation or alternatives cannot be arranged.
First Aid medical kit is available throughout all the trips. This medical kit contains basic first aid supplies. Our Leaders will apply first aid where appropriate until medical assistance can be provided.
We also recommend that you carry a small kit with your personal medical requirements as they may vary or not easily be obtained while travelling.
For legal reasons, our leaders and guides are prohibited to administer any type of medication including headache tablets and antibiotics. Please make sure you have your personal medical needs covered.

Safety
Many countries provide updated general safety information involved with international travel. We recommend that you check your government's advice for latest travel information before departure and ensure that your travel insurance covers you for all areas of your tour itinerary.
The group leader/tour guide will be accompanying you on all included activities, however during the trip you'll have some free time to relax, discover and explore the country you visit yourself. While your group leader/tour guide will assist you with many things, like buying souvenirs or gifts from local stores, please note that any optional activities you undertake that are not part of your itinerary, we take no responsibility with regards to the safety of the activity or the standard of the service providers. Please use your own good judgment and be responsible when selecting an activity in your free time. Please also note that the group leader/tour guide has the authority to amend or cancel any part of the tour itinerary if it concerns the safety and security of travelers or due to general safety concerns.
Itinerary Changes
We believe in continuous improvements and our tour itineraries can be modified and updated regularly to prove our travelers the best possible experience and reflect the current situation in each tour destination. The information may differ between the time of booking your trip and the final confirmation. Therefore, it is important that you review this information prior to travel so that you have the latest updates. Once you are in the country, necessary amendments and cancelations in the itinerary can also happen due to weather, seasonal activities, local conditions, public holidays, safety and security of travelers or other force majeure factors.
Issues during the tour
We aim to provide you with the best adventure and travel experience, and yet, things can sometimes go wrong due to some specifications of the country you visit or the nature of the tours. Should any issue occur during your trip, it is very important that you bring it up to your group leader/tour guide immediately so that the problem can be solved/rectified on the spot. We also understand that in some cases the group leader/tour guide will not be able to solve the issue on their level or to your satisfaction, hence we encourage you to escalate it to their direct manager or simply contact us via our company contact numbers.
Special Requirements
Any special requirements must be disclosed to the Tour Operator at the time of booking. The Tour Operator will use reasonable efforts to accommodate special requirements or requests but this is not always possible given the nature of the destinations visited and availability of options outside a planned itinerary. Certain activities may be inaccessible depending on various factors.
Food and Dietary Requirements
If you have special dietary and food requests, like Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten free food, or Allergic to specific food, please inform us about it no less than 1 week in advance from the start date of the tour, however, the Tour Operator cannot guarantee that all dietary needs or restrictions can be accommodated. Any special requests or requirements do not form part of these Terms or the contract between you and the Tour Operator and the Tour Operator is not liable for any failure to accommodate or fulfill such requests.
We will ensure to eliminate allergic food from the food rations as per your request; however, it is your personal responsibility to ensure that you do not ingest any foods to which you are allergic.
Age Requirements
Anyone under the age of 18 on the date of first travel is considered to be a minor. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult.
All bookings with a minor are subject to review and approval by the Tour Operator. If the consent of a parent, guardian or any other person is required by applicable law for any minor to travel, the accompanying adult is responsible for securing all consents, documentation and ensuring that the minor(s) meet all legal requirements to travel, to enter into and depart from applicable countries. The Tour Operator will not be responsible for any fees, damages, or losses incurred as a result of any failure to secure necessary consents, permits, and approvals.
