A Proven Foundation for Connection
ROOTS & FUTURE is a 10-day residential program designed to build a real, modern, and meaningful connection between global Armenian youth and their heritage. We move away from traditional lectures and instead focus on a structured environment where identity becomes practical and friendships grow into lifelong global networks.
Experienced Stewardship
Our team brings over 15 years of experience in international travel, youth logistics, and cultural program management. We aren't volunteers; we are professionals who have managed flagship programs for the Republic of Armenia, including years of leadership for the official "Step Towards Home" (Ari Tun) initiatives. Having worked extensively with international organizations, the UN, and diplomatic communities, we operate with a level of reliability and discretion that ensures every participant is in capable hands.
The Philosophy: Belonging is Felt, Not Assigned
We believe that for heritage to matter, it must be lived. Our approach combines "Soft Immersion" in the Armenian heartland with modern creative workshops and highland adventures. Led by educators and mentors who understand the unique perspective of the Diaspora, we help the idea of “homeland” become reachable, familiar, and confidently one’s own.

Program Components
Identity Labs
Guided explorations where heritage meets the modern world. Teens examine who they are through dialogue and self-discovery.
Highland Survival
Real-world skills in the Dilijan forests—learning navigation, outdoor problem-solving, and building resilience in nature.
Digital Storytelling
Using filmmaking and media as tools to document their journey and express Armenia’s living culture through their own eyes.
Village Rhythm
Authentic "soft immersion" where students participate in ancestral crafts, from baking bread in a tonir to traditional woodcarving.
Folk Movement
A physical connection to the land through the energy and discipline of traditional Armenian dance and coordinated rhythm.
Innovation & Tech
Exploring Armenia as a place of intelligence. Hands-on workshops in robotics and creative labs that look toward the future.
Stargazing Sessions
Using telescopes in one of the world’s oldest astronomical landscapes to connect ancient roots with modern wonder.
Global Networking
Structured team challenges designed to turn international peers into a lifelong brotherhood and sisterhood.
Yerevan Finale
A 3-day high-energy transition to the capital city, exploring the "Modern Pulse" of Armenia’s museums, streets, and tech hubs.
How to Apply
Your Journey to the Roots Starts Here․ Our application process is designed to ensure a cohesive and motivated group of participants. Follow these steps to secure a place for Summer 2026.

2. Check Eligibility: Fill out our Application Form to see if the program aligns with the participant’s age, interests, and background. [Click here to fill the form] Fill in all required information, complete the eligibility section, provide full health details, including allergies, dietary needs, and any other relevant information.
3. Personal Discovery: Once eligibility is confirmed, we schedule a brief video call with the teen and parents to discuss goals and expectations.
4. Application Review: Our team will carefully review all submitted information and send you a confirmation email once approved, along with contract, payment link or bank transfer details and other relevant documentation.
5. Complete the Payment: Click on the secure payment link in the confirmation email and follow the instructions to complete the payment.
6. Confirmation: Once payment is completed, you will receive an email that your child is officially enrolled in the program and receive your "Roots & Future Welcome Pack" and gear list.
